The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Sending spam or unsolicited WhatsApp messages
Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading marketing practices
Promoting illegal products or services
Harassing, abusive, or harmful communication
Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination without prior notice.
2. Account Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, including username, password, and API keys.
Users must:
Avoid sharing account access with unauthorized individuals
Immediately report any unauthorized access or suspicious activity to our support team
Bestinfosoft WhatsApp Panel will not be liable for losses resulting from user negligence in securing account credentials.
3. Payments and Billing
Users agree to pay all subscription fees, service charges, and applicable taxes associated with their use of the platform.
Failure to complete payment may result in:
Temporary service suspension
Limited access to platform features
Permanent account termination if outstanding payments remain unresolved
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.
4. Data Protection
Users are responsible for ensuring that they have obtained proper consent from end-users before sending WhatsApp messages through the platform.
Users must comply with applicable data protection and privacy laws, including handling personal data responsibly and securely.
Bestinfosoft WhatsApp Panel is not responsible for any data misuse conducted by users on the platform.
5. Compliance with Meta Policies
All users must comply with Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform policies and guidelines.
Non-compliance may result in:
Message delivery restrictions
Suspension of WhatsApp numbers
Permanent removal of WhatsApp API access
Bestinfosoft WhatsApp Panel reserves the right to restrict or terminate platform access if users violate Meta policies.
